Republican Patrick Windhorst's election campaign committee, Citizens for Patrick Windhorst, spent $15,873 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Windhorst's committee spent the most on media - radio in the quarter, with 28.7% of this total ($3,000) going to Wddj-fm in Paducah. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Windhorst's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
