a. Consideration of the 2024/2025 School Calendar - MCEA recommendation: Calendar A (See attachment)

a. Consideration and action on a Resolution providing for the issue of $1,956,300

General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds, Series 2024, of the District, for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund and refunding certain outstanding obligations of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.

b. Consideration of accepting bids for Food Services, Student Pictures, and Student Insurance for the 2024/2025 school year

c. Consideration of the MJHS bleacher replacement bid from Irwin Seating for $124,000

d. Consideration of the MCHS cafeteria serving line replacement bid $84,789.86
