Opening The regular meeting of the Vienna Public School District #55 Board of Education was called to order by Mrs. Sherie Smith, President, at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present.

Motion by Hook seconded by Betts to go in to closed session at 6:32 p.m. to discuss (1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of employees of the District or legal counsel for the District including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the District or against legal counsel of the District, to determine its validity. Roll call. Voting yes: Trovillion, Yadloski, Hook, Smith, Betts, Johnson. Voting no: none. Motion carried.

Approve Surplus Property Agreement
Motion by Trovillion seconded by Betts to approve the surplus property agreement with Vienna Highs School District 13-3 for the purpose of purchasing 4 Vienna High School buses in FY22. Roll call. Voting yes: Trovillion, Yadloski, Hook, Smith, Betts, Johnson. Voting no: none. Motion carried.
Approve Bus Lease Agreement
Motion by Betts seconded by Hook to approve a bus lease purchase financing agreement with Legence Bank of Vienna, as presented. Roll call. Voting yes: Trovillion, Yadloski, Hook, Smith, Betts, Johnson. Voting no: none. Motion carried.
Letter of intent to Retire Mrs. Smith read a letter of intent to retire from Julie Crain.
Motion by Johnson seconded by Betts to approve Julie Crain's letter of intent to retire at the end of the 2025-26 school year. Roll call. Voting yes: Trovillion, Yadloski, Hook, Smith, Betts, Johnson. Voting no: none. Motion carried.
Change Board Meeting
Motion by Betts seconded by Yadloski to change the April 2022 Board meeting to Monday, April 4, 2022. Roll call. Voting yes: Trovillion, Yadloski, Hook, Smith, Betts,
