I. Roll Call
Commissioners in attendance are Kent Pitts, Bobby Toler Jr., Dale Foster, Max Miller & David Gould.
II. Call Meeting to Order
The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a regular meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room at 08:30am. County Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.
III. Approval of Minutes
Regular Meeting Minutes- 11/13/20 Mr. Gould made the motion to approve the regular meeting minutes and Mr. Foster seconded the motion.

B. Southern Five Presentation - Hazard Mitigation Plan
Lacey Regan, Southern Five & Dana Pearson, Union County ESDA Coordinator, presented the board with the Hazard Mitigation Plan that was recently developed by SIU. They stated that this is to be presented to the board every 5 years.
C. Resolution Supporting the Continued Operation of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for Fiscal Year 2021

XI. Other Business
Mr. Miller presented Mr. Toler with a plaque as a sign of appreciation and dedication for serving a combined 40 years as County Clerk and County Commissioner for Union County. Mr. Toler is attending his last meeting as Commissioner. Mr. Toler stated that he was proud to serve the people of Union County and he feels that the county is in good shape. The rest of the board and others in attendance congratulated Mr. Toler and had many positive things to say about Mr. Toler and the job he's done for Union County.
