Union County Board of Commissioners met Sept. 16.

I. Roll Call/
Commissioners in attendance are Kent Pitts, Bobby Toler Jr., Dale Foster, Max Miller & David Gould.
II. Call Meeting to Order
The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a special meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room at 09:00am. County Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.
III. Executive Session
Mr. Pitts made the motion to go into Executive Session to discuss employees and Mr. Foster seconded the motion.

Executive Session ended at 11:27am
Mr. Miller made the motion to continue the meeting to 09/18/20 at 9:00am Mr. Toler seconded the motion.

09/18/20, Mr. Miller then continued the meeting and all commissioners were back in attendance. Mr. Miller then made the motion to go back into Executive Session to discuss employees and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.
