Union County Board of Commissioners met June 26.

I. Roll Call
Commissioners in attendance are Kent Pitts, Bobby Toler Jr., Dale Foster, Max Miller & David Gould.
II. Call Meeting to Order
The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a regular meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room and on zoom conference at 08:30am. County Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.
III. Approval of Minutes
Regular Meeting Minutes- 06/12/20 Mr. Gould made the motion to approve the regular meeting minutes from 04/28/20 and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

IV. Public Comments

V. Committee Reports
Mr. Toler stated that he attended a Shawnee Development meeting and had board training. Also they discussed that the energy assistance should be available again for next year and will start taking applications in July. There is still a big demand for food from the food pantry and he thanks all the volunteers and their hard work.

B. Acceptance of FY2019 Union County Audit
Megan Cochran from Sikich performed FY 2019 Audit. Ms. Cochran stated that it was an unmodified option. Ms. Cochran stated that the audit findings were less this year and many of the repeat findings were corrected from the years past. Mr. Gould made the motion to approve the FY2019 Audit and Mr. Toler seconded the motion.

C. Caterpillar Modification Agreement-Motor Grader
Item was tabled.
D. Acceptance of 2019 Bond Disclosure Report
Mr. Pitts made the motion to approve the 2019 Bond Disclosure Report and Mr. Foster seconded the motion.

E. Choate Lease/Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the County of Union, Illinois and Choate Mental Health Center, Anna Illinois for Cottage 5
Daniel Klingemann, Union County States Attorney, stated that he reviewed the agreement and recommend it for approval with some typo errors that will be corrected. Mr. Miller made the motion to approve the agreement pending the typo errors being fixed and Mr. Gould seconded the motion.

F. Additional Terms and Conditions to Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the County of Union, Illinois and the City of Anna, Illinois Regarding the Provisions of Communication and Dispatch Services.
The terms are for what would happen after the3 year contract is up. Mr. Miller stated that this same addendum is being offered to the other three municipalities as well. Mr. Miller made the motion to approve the agreement and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

Mr. Miller announced that the taxes are going out on schedule and complimented the work of the Assessors, Clerk and Treasurers Offices for their hard work and job well done on the 2019 Property Taxes.
