As the COVID-19 stay at home order stays in effect, we ask that you show some patience with your residents. If need be practice some “social distancing” inside the home as well. Some estimates keep us in this condition through the month of May. We can get through this. Contrary to rumors, The Metropolis Police Dept is not conducting roadblocks, enacting a curfew, or conducting traffic stops just to see where you are going. We are expecting you to adhere to the Governors Orders and stay home unless you are out for essential business. Thank you and be safe. ~ Chief Masse
