• Approval of the June 18, 2025 Meeting Minutes 

• Approval of the Warrant 

4, Amendment to 12/18/24, Agenda item #4: 

C&C Pumps & Supply quote #Q13238- $3,448.08 (not including freight) 

Current Invoice-C&C Pumps and Supply: INV33666- $5,891.555 

Authorization & Approval for an additional $2,443.47 (Water Funds) for freight, labor, and parts added at installation. 

5. Authorization and Approval of Ordinance 25-03, An Ordinance Implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers' Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax for the City of Vienna, Illinois 

6. Review of proposed Ordinance 25-04, Appropriation Ordinance for all corporate purposes of the City of Vienna for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2025-April 30, 2026. 

7. Authorization and Approval of Animal Control Intergovernmental Agreement Between Johnson County and the City of Vienna, Illinois (Selection of 1 yr / 3yr contract) 

8. Authorization and Approval -Purchase of Real Estate per Contract of Sale from Seller: Brian Keith Faulkner
