City of Metropolis City Council met June 9.

a) Motion to approve/reject payment to Hoyer Outdoor Equip., INC. in the amount of $15,800.00 for the purchase of a new mower for the Parks & Rec.

b) Motion to approve/reject payment to Moran Economic Development, LLC in the amount of $17,213.50 from the TIF fund for the TIF District Plan.

c) Motion to approve/reject payment to UTB Transformers in the amount of $11,625.00 for the purchase of pole mounts for the Light Department.

d) Motion to approve/reject payment to Tyler Technologies in the amount of $56,821.27 for Annual fees for our City software platform (Incode).

e) Motion to accept/reject appointment of Abby Butler to fill a vacancy due to the resignation of Amanda Ridell on the Library Board.

f) Motion to approve/reject payment to the Metropolis Rotary Club for their annual Car Show from the Tourism Fund in the amount of $1000.00.

g) Motion to approve/reject payment to Fletcher-Reinhardt for 150 new LED streetlights in the amount of $19,994.00 which will be reimbursed through IMEA grant funding.

a) Adopt An Ordinance Approving The Market Street Tax Increment Financing VI Redevelopment Plan And Redevelopment Project.

b) Adopt An Ordinance Designating The Market Street Tax Increment Financing VI Redevelopment Project Area.

d) Adopt An Ordinance Establishing Rates Of Charge For Use Of Water System.
