City of Vienna City Council met April 16.

4. Re-Appointment of Zoning Board Member- Mary Harris, Term 2025-2030 -Mayor Penrod 

5. Authorization and Approval of Zoning Board Hearing Recommendations from the 04-14-25 public hearing to re-zone parcels from R-A Rural Agriculture to C-1 General Commercial- Parcels South of Commercial/Oliver St, West of Redbud Road/East of Park St. 

2025 Motor Fuel Tax: 

6. Authorization for the City of Vienna to accept Horner & Shifrin as consulting engineer for the 2025 calendar year to perform MFT 

• Review of Maintenance Estimate for MFT- $78,495.26 

7. Authorization and Approval of Resolution 25-03, A Resolution for Maintenance of Street and Highways by the Municipality under the Highway Code for $85,000.00 of MFT Funds 

8. Revive Vienna Project: 

Authorization and Approval of quote for a 36"x144"/single sided fabricated Vienna sign for the non-profit frame at city park- Wesley Custom Graphics-$500.00 (Tourism Funds)
