4. Sewer – HMG to provide progress update on phase 3 of the sewer separation project.
5. Discuss and make a motion to use MFT funds to mill and overlay Metropolis st. from 5th to 1st street at an estimated cost of $300,000.00.
6. Discuss and make a motion to proceed with the Industrial Park Development Plan at an estimated cost of $520,000.00.
