d) Motion to Approve/reject a reimbursement request to disburse funds from the Special Tax Allocation Fund in the amount of $18,125.00 for a completed Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Metropolis, IL and DC Management LLC located in the Ohio River Recreation District Redevelopment Area.
