Approval of Minutes – 10/28/2024

· Discuss Handicap parking.

a) 7th St. & Market. The Most easterly parking space on the south side of 7th St. between Market & Pearl.

b) 7th St. & Market. The Most westerly parking space on the south side of 7th St. between Market & Ferry.

c) 6th St. & Market. The most westerly parking space on the north side of 6th St. between Market &Ferry.

d) Williams St. West side at the midway point between Yasoda & U.S. 45.

e) Williams St. East side at the midway point between U.S. 45 & Yasoda.

· Discuss amending ordinance 2022-03 approving a net metering policy and a customer self-generation interconnection policy for the City of Metropolis.

· Discuss the calculated and updated recommended Fair Solar Credit amount, for all approved onsite generating facilities, including currently existing facilities, for Metropolis as calculated by IMUA to be $0.0388/kWh.

· Discuss Ordinance for TIFF District 6
