a) Motion to approve/reject partial payment to H.E. Mitchell Construction Co, Inc in the amount of $156,997.80 for T-Hangar Project.

b) Motion to approve/reject an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2022-03 Approving A Net Metering Policy And A Customer Self-Generation Interconnection Policy For The City Of Metropolis.

c) Motion to approve/reject the calculated and updated recommended Fair Solar Credit amount, for all approved onsite generating facilities, including currently existing facilities, for Metropolis as calculated by IMUA to be $0.0388/kWh.
