g) Motion to approve/reject IMCO Utility Supply Co. invoice for $5,200.00 for the Lights Department.

h) Motion to approve/reject payment to Leeann Henley (Super City Antiques) for a completed Business Improvement Grant project (awning or canopy) for $2,500.00.

i) Motion to approve/reject payment to Jason Cates (Kennedy Place) for the completed Business Improvement Grant project (security camera system) for $816.95.

j) Motion to approve/reject a home occupation permit to the Deanna and Shannon Latham for 1101 Girard Street, Metropolis, Illinois in accordance with Title XV, Chapter 156, Section 156.367 of the City of Metropolis Code of Ordinances.

k) Motion to approve/reject a zoning text amendment to permit ground-mounted solar energy systems within the A, C3, and Industrial zoning districts as a special use.
