Akin Community Consolidated School District 91 Board of Education met Nov. 25.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1. CALL TO ORDER:

Present: K. Pemberton, S. Sniderwin, J. Carlton, D. Shelton, T. Seddon & J. Wilkerson

Absent: S. Wilson & D. Shelton

2. Audience Participation: (limited to 10 minutes total unless extended by the board).

3. A motion to enter into closed session is made by T. Seddon For the purpose of considering information regarding Collective Bargaining, the appointment, evaluation, performance, employment and/or dismissal of personnel and student disciplinary.

The motion is seconded by J. Carlton

Closed Session began at 6:03 p.m.

J. Carlton makes a motion to end the closed session at 7:05 p.m.

5.* A motion is made by K. Pemberton to approve a Consent Agenda; which includes: the regular board of education minutes from previous meeting/s, the treasurer’s report/activity fund report and to approve the bills to be paid as presented.
