Community Unit School District #201 Board of Education met November 26.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER 

      On November 26, 2024 at 6:04 p.m. President Hoover called to order the special meeting of the Community Unit School District 201 Board of Education.

Roll Call 

      Members Present: Adina Hoover, Whitney Rogers, Carlos Hevia Angela Steketee, Kevin Marren

      Jessican Radogno attended via Zoom.

      Leah Conover joined via Zoom at 6:25 p.m.

      Also present: Superintendent Jack Baldermann, and Assistant to the Superintendent, Shannon Cossairt

Pledge of Allegiance 

      Adina Hoover led the Assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC COMMENT 

      Public Comment was given by Keith Nega, Jim Lesko, Amy Cusack.

CLOSED SESSION 

      Motion by Ms. Steketee, second by Mr. Marren to approve entering closed session to discuss personnel issues.

      Ayes: Rogers, Marren, Conover, Radogno, Steketee, Hevia, Hoover

      Nays: None.

      Motion Carried.

      The Board entered closed session at 6:25 p.m.

      The Board returned to open session at 8:12 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT 

      Motion by Ms. Steketee, second by Mr. Marren, to adjourn the November 26, 2024, special meeting of the Board of Education at 8:12 p.m.

      Motion unanimously passed.
