c) Motion to approve/reject payment of $27,535.00 to Russell Electrical Contracting, LLC for electrical work in the new Happy Hearts building.
d) Motion to approve/reject payment to Brotcke Well & Pump Inc. in the amount of $16,672.00 for Well #6 pump rebuild & spare motor.
e) Motion to approve/reject funding for the Business Development between the City of Metropolis and the County of Massac in the amount of $75,000.00.
f) Motion to approve/reject payment to Brush Optical for the completed Business Improvement Grant project (new signs) in the amount of $1,588.05.
g) Motion to approve/reject payment to Brush Optical for a completed Business Improvement Grant project (exterior paint) in the amount of $2,411.50.
h) Motion to approve/reject proposal from G.R.E Construction to repair east primary settling tank at Waste Water Treatment Plant in the amount of $10,404.00.
