Chairman Luke Corry called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. Roll call was taken, and a quorum was present.

MINUTES
Chairman Corry asked for a motion to approve the minutes and attachments from the June 4, 2024, meeting. Ms. Patrick made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Staley seconded the motion. The motion passed on a unanimous vote, and the minutes and attachments were approved.

CLOSED SESSION
None
SCHOOLS
Ms. Martinez Escobedo and Ms. McClintock presented rates for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years. Please refer to the Minutes Attachments for all rates presented, their amounts, and the actions taken.
There were two requests for an extension of the filing deadline for fiscal year 2023. After discussion, the requests were considered separately. Mr. Dirks moved to approve the FY 2023 extension requests; Mr. Staley seconded the motion, with Mr. Carlin abstaining. The motion passed, and the FY 2023 extension requests for Family Guidance Centers Inc. and Guiding Light Academy were approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Corry reminded the board that there were still a couple of board members who need to complete the Open Meetings Act training and to get their completion certificates to ISBE.
NEW BUSINESS
Senate Bill 3606 is now a public act.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Corry asked if there was any additional business for the board's consideration. Hearing none, he asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Staley made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Ms. Patrick seconded the motion. The motion passed in a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 2:09 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Illinois Purchased Care Review Board will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, in the Boardroom on the fourth floor of the Illinois State Board of Education.
