Kaskaskia Community College District #501 Board of Trustees met April 4.

ROLL CALL/ATTENDANCE
Chair Bill Hawley convened a special meeting of the Board of Trustees (Board) on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 12:03 p.m. in the Wedekemper Board Room on the Kaskaskia College (College) main campus. Trustees present at the meeting in person were Bill Hawley, Bryan Holthaus, Linda Stover, and Laura Wedekemper, and Student Trustee Madison Johnson. Trustees Jim Beasley, Craig Finke, and Louis Kalert were absent.
College staff members attending in person were Julie Obermark – Provost, Vice President of Instructional Services; Karol Potter - Executive Assistant to the President and Secretary to the Board of Trustees; Janet Fontenot – Assessment Coordinator; and Alan Boerngen – Associate Dean of Institutional Assessment.
REVIEW OF HLC VISIT EXPECTATIONS
Janet Fontenot reviewed information in preparation for the April Higher Learning Commission (HLC) Accreditation site visit.
ADJOURNMENT
Bryan Holthaus made the motion to adjourn the meeting. All voted by voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 1:03 p.m.
