The Cypress Elementary School Board of Education meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Board President Angela Rudluff.

Motion by Oliver seconded by M Schultz to approve the minutes of the September 8th 2023 special meeting. All present voted yes.

Motion by M Schultz seconded by Oliver to approve the resolution declaring the intent to issue $105,000 Working Cash Bonds of the District for the purpose of increasing its Working Cash Fund and directing that notice of such be published in the manner provided by law.
