7. Authorization and Approval of quote from Utility Safety and Design, Inc for a 3" IPS Central underload clamp for installation of gas line-$663.25 (TIF Funds) 

8. Authorization and Approval of quote from Flo-Systems Process Equipment, Inc. for an 8" GA #250D air cushioned check valve lever- $4,660.00 (TIF Funds) 

9. Authorization and Approval of engagement letter between Beussink, Hickamm & Kochel, P.C. and the City of Vienna to conduct the 2023 FY Audit 

10. Review/Approval of Tax Increment Finance Proposal submitted by Tom Loyd, Vienna Outdoor Equipment, LLC
