I. Roll Call
Commissioners in attendance are Darryl Harvell, Kent Pitts, Max Miller, Brandon Bierstedt, and David Gould.
II. Call Meeting to Order
The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a regular meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room at 8:30 a.m. County Board Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.
III. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Commissioner Bierstedt and seconded by Commissioner Gould to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes from January 13, 2023.

V. Committee Reports
Commissioner Pitts reported that as of 1/26/23, they have had 13 animals come in and 17 have been adopted out. There are 11 dogs still remaining.

A motion was made by Commissioner Pitts and seconded by Commissioner Harvell to approve the building permit as presented.
