Motion carried.
Board went into executive session at 5:36 p.m.
Board returned to open session at 6:48 p.m.
A motion was made by Pam Needling and seconded by Dave Sullivan to adjourn at 6:48 p.m. with the next meeting being a regular meeting scheduled for January 19, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. Voice vote: Motion carried.
