Motion by Penrod seconded by West to approve the minutes of the June 21st , 2022 Board Meeting.

Motion by Moore seconded by Penrod to approve the treasurer’s report for June 2022.

Motion by Penrod seconded by Moore to employee Haylee Goines as a long term substitute teacher for the 2022-2023 school year contingent upon the employee obtaining all required licenses and successfully completing a criminal background check. .
