A motion was made by Craig Dillman and seconded by Dave Sullivan to approve the agenda for the meeting. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Josh Gooden, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Austin Walker, yea. Motion carried. 

A motion was made by Pam Needling and seconded by Grant Capel to approve the consent agenda of the following items: Minutes of June 23, 2022 Regular Meeting, Financial Reports: Activity Fund, Revolving Fund, Treasurer’s Report, Cafeteria Report, Insurance Report, Approve Bills and Payroll, July 11, Second reading and approval of the following policy updates: 2:220-E5 – Exhibit- Semi Annual Review of Closed Meeting Minutes; 2:230 Public Participation at School Board Meetings and Petitions to the Board; 4:70 Resource Conservation; 5:80 Court Duty; 6:290 Homework; 6:80 Teaching About Controversial Issues; 7:15 Student and Family Privacy Rights; 7:210 Expulsion Procedures; 7:270 Administering Medicines to Students; and 7:285 Anaphylaxis Prevention, Response, and Management Program, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt 6th-8th grade Social Studies Curriculum, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt 6th-8th grade Science Dimensions Curriculum, Keeping recorded executive session minutes closed to the public, Destroying all closed session tapes made prior to January 2021, Interagency Cooperate Agreement with Migrant Education Head Start. A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Austin Walker to approve the agreement with Rural Health, Inc. to provide bus driver exams for Anna CCSD #37. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Josh Gooden, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Austin Walker, yea. Motion carried. 

Superintendent Bullard reported on the following:

A motion was made by Pam Needling and seconded by Dave Sullivan to approve the executive session minutes of June 23, 2022 regular meeting. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Josh Gooden, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Austin Walker, yea. Motion carried. 

A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Josh Gooden to accept the retirement letter from Julie Bonner effective at the end of the 2023-2024 school year. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Josh Gooden, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Austin Walker, yea. Motion carried. 

A motion was made by Josh Gooden and seconded by Dave Sullivan to adjourn at 6:20 p.m. with the next meeting being a regular meeting scheduled for August 15, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. Voice vote: Motion carried.
