Joe Smith, Director of Facilities, was available at the meeting to discuss any other questions the Board may have regarding the HVAC system at Westmont Junior High. At the April 12, 2022 meeting, the Board had asked for information regarding Geothermal systems. Mr. Steve Cashman of Cashman Stahler Group and Dan McCurdy of Amsco Engineering, sent the Board the requested information. They believe this is not the best system for Westmont Junior High due. The Board will vote this evening to accept the project as it is presented.

Kim Anderson, Business Manager, gave the Board a summary of the March financials. She reviewed the revenues and expenditures for the Education & Tort Funds, Operations and Maintenance/Life Safety Funds, and Transportation Funds

2022-2023 Student Fees

Ms. Anderson attached in BoardDocs information regarding the student fees. The District has kept fees flat for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Ms. Anderson believes this would be the time for a slight increase in the basic regular fees. Our preschool has not increased fees since its inception in 2013.
