Akin Grade School District No.91 Board of Education met May 2.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Present: K. Pemberton, S. Sniderwin, D. Shelton. Cliff Thomas, S. Wilson, Absent: J. Wilkerson & J. Carlton
3. Audience Participation: (limited to 10 minutes total unless extended by the board).
4. A motions was made by K. Pemberton to enter closed session at 6:02 pm for the purpose of considering information regarding Collective Bargaining, the appointment, evaluation, performance, employment and/or dismissal of personnel and student disciplinary actions.

5. A motion was made by K. Pemberton to approve Consent Agenda which includes: the regular board of education minutes from previous meeting/s the treasurer’s report/activity fund report, and approve the bills to be paid.

9. A motion is hereby made by D. Shelton and seconded by S. Wilson to adjourn the regular meeting of the Akin board of education at 9:04. (am/ pm). The next meeting will be held on May 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
