Union County Board of Commissioners met Nov. 12.

II. Call Meeting to Order
The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a regular meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room at 08:30am. County Board Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.
III. Approval of Minutes
Regular Meeting Minutes- 10/22/2021 Mr. Gould made the motion to approve the regular meeting minutes and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

V. Committee Reports
Mr. Harvell stated that he attended a Southern Five meeting and not much to report. There are talks about replacing the other Union County seat because that person hasn't attended a meeting in over a year.

Mr. Gould made the motion to approve the building permit and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

Mr. Toler made the motion to pay the bills and for the judicial and court system overage on the budget of $12,775.59 and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

Mr. Miller made the motion to up the total amount given to the AJ Water Commission to $200,000.00 total and Mr. Pitts seconded the motion.

C. FY 2022 Budget Discussion
Angie Johnson, County Administrator discussed about the work she had put in for creating this new budget. The list below is the items for Capital Improvements that will go into the FY2022 Budget.
D. Resolution Appointing Member of the Southern Seven Board of Health
Mr. Miller made the motion to appoint Commissioner Kent Pitts to the Southern Seven Board and approve the resolution and Mr. Gould seconded the motion.
