Anna Community School District 37 issued the following announcement on Jan. 25
You will soon be receiving permission forms for your students. If you wish to have your student see Dental Safari, fill out the paperwork or scan the QR Code below!
Please remember that Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th grade students are required to have a dental exam. This exam will satisfy that requirement.
