The Cypress Elementary School Board of Education meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Board Vice President Mandy Moore.

Visitors Present: Mr. & Mrs. Ulrich
Motion by Penrod seconded by M. Schultz to approve the minutes of the September 27th , 2021 Board Meeting. All present voted yes.
Motion by Penrod seconded by M. Schultz to approve the treasurer's report for September 2021. Moore, yes; Oliver, yest; Penrod, yes; J Schultz, yes; M Schultz, yes; Rudluff, absent; West, absent
Motion by Oliver seconded by Penrod to approve the bills for September 2021.

Motion by Penrod seconded by J. Schultz to destroy executive session audio tapes older than 18 months per the school code.
