NILES HELD VIA AUDIO/VISUAL CONFERENCING
CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Trustees Special Meeting was called to order electronically via Zoom audio/visual conferencing by President Alpogianis at 5:00 p.m., in accordance with Governor Pritzker's recent COVID-19 disaster declaration.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
President George D. Alpogianis led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Marlene Victorine called the roll. Board members present were President Alpogianis and Trustees John C. Jekot, Joe LoVerde, Danette O'Donovan Matyas, Craig Niedermaier and Dean Strzelecki.

NEW BUSINESS
Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 Taxation, Article XIII. Amusement Tax of the Niles Code of Ordinances to Impose a Push Tax
Trustee Jekot made a motion, seconded by Trustee LoVerde to adopt the Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 Taxation, Article XIII. Amusement Tax of the Niles Code of Ordinances to Impose a Push Tax. On roll call, the vote was:
YEAS: 6 Alpogianis, Jekot, LoVerde, Matyas, Niedermaier, Strzelecki
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
There being 6 affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Trustee Strzelecki made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Trustee Matyas. On roll call, all concurred. The meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
