The regular meeting of the Vienna Public School District #55 Board of Education was called to order by president, Sherie Smith at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present.

Approve Health Insurance Motion by Hook seconded by Johnson to approve the Blue Cross/Blue Shield HRA Plan MPPC3836 for all eligible Vienna Grade School staff for the 2021-22 school year, effective August 1, 2021. Table MOU with VGSEA
Approve Resolution Motion by Borders seconded by Betts to approve a resolution to abate $120,000 of working cash funds and transfer to the transportation fund for the purpose of purchasing buses in FY22, as presented. Other Eighth grade math classes will partner with Mrs. Trovillion at VHS.
