The Ad Hoc Village Manager Executive Search Committee meeting was held on 3/31/2021, via
ZOOM. The meeting was called to order at 3:38pm by Mayor Andrew Przybylo.

Approval of Minutes – March 15, 2021 Meeting
Committee member Craig Niedermaier, seconded by committee member Denise McCreery, to approve the minutes for the March 15, 2021 meeting; on voice vote all concurred.
