City of Metropolis City Council met April 12.

Motion to accept/reject payment of Quint Utilities & Excavating in the amount of $19,200.00 (demolition of 504 West 6th, 508 W 6th and 303 E. 12th)

Motion to accept/reject change to date for the preciously approved block party from June 24th to June 17th with a rain date of July 17th, 2021

Motion to accept/reject road closure for the purpose of a Super Museum Party after Dark to close from the edge of Superman Square to 6th Street for live music and small events for children and family on Sunday, June 13th from 4 pm - 8 pm

Motion to accept resignation from Linda Smith as the City's Senior Accountant with her last day being June 30th, 2021
