Southern Seven Health Department issued the following announcement on Mar. 25.
Calling all high school parents and/or guardians! We are asking for your help completing this survey asking if you'd like to get your teen (ages 16 and up) vaccinated for COVID-19.
The survey takes less than 2 minutes to complete.
We're also trying to see if it would be practical to hold smaller scale vaccination clinics at some of our schools. Of course, we would need parent consent before any teen could be vaccinated. If needed, we will make sure this step is completed before any clinics are scheduled.
