A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Tracee Foley to approve the agenda for the meeting.

A motion was made by Tracee Foley and seconded by Elaine ray to open the public hearing to discuss the waiver regarding tuition for students whose parents work for Anna District #37.

Superintendent Bullard reviewed the waiver.
A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Grant Capel to close the public hearing.

A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Grant Capel to enter executive session for the purpose of:
The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)

Board went into executive session at 6:13 p.m.
Board returned to open session at 6:53 p.m.
A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Tracee Foley to approve hiring Samantha Pitts-Taylor as EOC aide.

A motion was made by Tracee Foley and seconded by Craig Dillman to approve the contract for assistant principal/special education coordinator.

A motion was made by Tracee Foley and seconded by Elaine Ray to approve hiring Angela Clay as assistant principal/special education coordinator for the 2021-2022 school year.
