Vienna Elementary School District 55 issued the following announcement on Jan. 8.
Public Notice is Hereby Given that School District Number 55, Johnson and Massac Counties, Illinois (the “District”), will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of February, 2021, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. The hearing will be held in the Boardroom at the Vienna Public School, 310 North Third Street, Vienna, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds in the amount of $120,000 for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District.
