Massac County Sheriff Office issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.
Beginning November 30, 2020 the Massac County Courthouse will begin operating under restricted access. The Courthouse will be open to the public. However, we ask that you make every effort to conduct your business over the phone. If you need to conduct in-person business at the courthouse, please contact the office you are needing beforehand. This is an effort to reduce the number of persons in the courthouse throughout the day.
Much of the December court docket has been postponed until January 2021. If you have court and are on the court docket, you may appear in person. Courtroom personnel, attorney’s and Defendants will only be allowed in the courtroom at this time. Face masks are required in the courtroom, as well as the common areas of the courthouse. If you have questions about your court appearance, please contact the Massac County Circuit Clerk or the Massac County States Attorney. You may also access information regarding your case at www.judici.com.
