The meeting was called to order by Jeremy Greenley, President @ 6:00 p.m.
The roll call was as follows:

A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Charlie Cox, to accept the resignation of Board Member, David Thompson. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Donna Ledbetter, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Diane Blaney, to employ the following for the 2020-2021 school year: (Salary will be pro rated by percent of season completed, if shortened due to cancellation by state guidance on Covid-19).

A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Jeremy Greenley, to appoint Tim Koch as Board Member to replace David Thompson for the remainder of his term. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Donna Ledbetter, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Terry Shafer, to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. All voted yea.
