A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Terry Shafer, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. All vote yea.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Diane Blaney, to approve the bills and payroll. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Jeremy Greenley, to approve the Treasurer’s Report and Investments. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Justin Schultz, to reimburse the Imprest Fund in the amount of $142.80. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
The official oath of office was administered to the newly appointed board member, Tim Koch.
A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Terry Shafer, to accept the IASB policy updates presented last month and the Illinois School Board Association recommended resolution regarding policy.

A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Justin Schultz, to employ Dianna Huffman as a custodian for the 2020-2021 school year. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Tim Koch, yea; Donna Ledbetter, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 7, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Donna Ledbetter to approve the Southern Seven lease agreement for the 2020-2021 school year. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Tim Koch, yea; Donna Ledbetter, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Yea votes 7, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
