Introducing Joseph Hernandez as part of our #IAMANA-Illinois Campaign! Joseph shared the following with us.
"My name is Joseph Hernandez and I have been a nurse for 8 years which in the nursing world isn’t that long. I have worked in nursing homes at the beside and management, as a corporate nurse for an airline, and currently as a bedside nurse. What I have found is that ANA-IL provides me with the support and resources to push the nursing profession forward, something you won’t always find in the workplace, and introduces me to people with the same mission! ANA-IL has inspired me with ideas and sparked much needed conversations with individuals at the forefront of their organization. ANA-IL has empowered me to work beyond the bedside and in our nursing community and for our nurses. "
