City of Metropolis City Council met Sept. 14.

1. Call to order by Mayor
2. Mayor - Request Linda Smith to provide a brief overview/summary of Appropriation Ordinance
3. Presentation - by Linda Smith
4. Mayor - Address public - Invite persons wishing to pose questions or comments to come forward, state your name for the record, then make your comment or pose your question. (Depending upon the number of people present, Mayor may want to advise that each person is limited to 5 minutes.)
