Vienna Fire District responded to 13 calls in 2018 - 50 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Vienna included 13 fires - five structure fires, one vehicle fire and seven other fires.

In all, the department saw $90,000 in fire loss - or about $6,923 per fire.
