Public Participation will be completed using an online form that can be found at https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Illinois-State-Board-of-Education-Calendar.aspx and will open on September 16 at 7:30 a.m. and close at 8:30 a.m. Participants will be able to review the participation guidelines and indicate if they wish to speak.
