The Cypress Elementary School Board of Education meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Board President Angela Rudluff.

Visitors Present: Michelle Quertermous, Kristy Duncan
Motion by West seconded by Oliver to approve the minutes of the March17th , 2020 Board Meeting.
All present voted yes.
Motion by Moore seconded by Oliver to table the treasurer’s report for March 2020.

Motion by Penrod seconded by Oliver to approve the bills for March 2020.

Motion by Penrod seconded by West to destroy executive session audio tapes older than 18 months per the school code.
