New Simpson Hill School District 32 Board of Education met April 29.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
President Hoffard called the special due to rescheduled regular board meeting of April 29, 2020, to order at 3:30PM.
Present were: Hoffard, Craig, Mize, Ross, Hill, Widowski, and Treat.
Administration present: Mr. Nighswander and Mrs. Armstrong
Motion by Mize seconded by Treat to approve the minutes of the 03-12-20 board meeting, carried.
Motion by Mize seconded by Treat to approve and make public record the closed session minutes of the 03-12-20 board meeting, carried.
Motion by Hill seconded by Treat to approve the financial report as presented and payment of the bills as listed in the amount of $20,966., carried.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS: Feasibility Study
Motion by Mize seconded by Hill to set the 2020-21 Board meeting dates as presented, carried.
Motion by Craig seconded by Treat to review policies as presented for adoption in May, carried.
Motion by Widowski seconded by Mize to suspend work on maintenance grant until further notice, carried.
Motion by Craig seconded by Treat to postpone graduation ceremony until further notice, carried.
Motion by Ross seconded by Mize to adjourn, carried.
