A. Public hearing to receive public comments on the proposal concerning the intent of the Board to sell $300,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds to increase the District’s working cash fund.
B. Accept the diesel price quote from Southern FS for the months of July 2020-January 2021.
C. Authorize Supt. to seek price quotes for supplies and services for FY’21

E. Set Tentative Graduation Date – Tuesday, May 12th (May 19, if all snow days are used)
F.Closed Session – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employee of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity. 5 ILCS 120/2c (1).
