Jonesboro Community Consolidated School District 43 Board of Education met Nov. 14.

d. Approve the destruction of executive session recording older than 18 months after the completion of the meeting recorded.
6. School Administration Reports
i. Update on computer services from vendors.
ii. In the process of the District Audit finishing up and also getting ready to start the Tax Levy.
iii. The State Farm Grant Application was turned in. It was written for the speed sign.
iv. Technology money. Update and information
v. Maintenance Grant through ISBE? 50/50 matching.
vi. New siding on the bus barn. Mikes Metals. $5000-6000 for the metal. Can be put on over the existing metal. Should be around $10,000-11,000 total.
vii. Asbestos testing on house came back negative.
viii. Got our first 1% sales tax payment. $11,900
ix. Putting down new playground rubber mulch on the west playground.

8. New Business (Potential Action Items)
a. Consider approving to amend the April 2019 minutes in relation to Secretary of the board motion. Making RW McAlister the Secretary.
b. Consider approving improving the playground on the west side of the gym with help from Southern Seven Head Start.
