Southern Seven Health Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
Several staff members are participating in their American Heart Association Adult & Infant/Child CPR and First Aid training today, provided by Southern Seven's certified AHA instructors.
All Head Start/Early Learning Center employees who regularly work with children are required to pass this training every two years.
Being prepared to respond to medical emergencies quickly is a vital part of caring for our Head Start families. Our Head Start parents are welcome to attend a training as space permits.
